Terms of Service
Last updated: November 28, 2025
Welcome to TrustyCrew Sanford Fencing. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Agreement to Terms
When you hire TrustyCrew Sanford Fencing for any fencing service, you agree to follow these terms of service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and we'll notify you of any significant changes.
Services Provided
We provide professional fencing services including installation, repair, and replacement of various fence types. Our services are available to residential and commercial customers in Sanford, FL and surrounding areas. We'll provide you with a detailed quote before starting any work, and we'll stick to that quote unless you request additional services.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Prices may change after this period due to material cost fluctuations or other factors beyond our control. Your quote includes labor, materials, and cleanup unless otherwise specified. Any additional work requested beyond the original scope will be quoted separately before we proceed.
Payment Terms
We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to place a lien on your property as allowed by Florida law.
Project Timeline
We'll provide you with an estimated completion date for your project. While we work hard to meet these timelines, factors like weather, material delays, or unforeseen site conditions may cause delays. We'll keep you informed of any changes to your project schedule and work to complete your fence as quickly as possible.
Property Access and Preparation
You're responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area. This includes moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, plants, and other obstacles. You also need to mark any underground utilities before we start digging. If you have pets, please keep them secured during our work hours for their safety and ours.
Permits and Property Lines
You're responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and ensuring your fence is installed within your property lines. We can help guide you through the permit process, but the final responsibility lies with you. Make sure you've checked your HOA rules and local regulations before we begin installation.
Warranties
We stand behind our work with a warranty on workmanship. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers, and we'll pass these warranties along to you. If you notice any issues with our workmanship within the warranty period, contact us right away and we'll make it right. Normal wear and tear, damage from severe weather, or improper maintenance aren't covered under warranty.
Liability
We carry general liability insurance to protect both you and us during your project. However, we're not responsible for damage to underground utilities that weren't properly marked, pre-existing property damage, or issues that arise from inaccurate property information you provided.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your project, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made before we order materials or begin work may receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Once materials are ordered or work has begun, refunds will be issued only for the portion of work not completed, minus any costs we've already incurred.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns or disputes, we encourage you to contact us directly first so we can work things out. We're committed to customer satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any issues. If we can't reach an agreement, any disputes will be handled according to Florida state law.
